This Homemade Ranch Seasoning is so versatile and can be used on any recipe including this one for Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries I made just the other day.  The fries are tossed with olive oil and the seasoning mix and baked until crispy. Yum!

Spiralized Sweet Potato Fries

On it’s own as a seasoning, it’s wonderful…but did you know that you can use this seasoning to create a ranch dip? I’ll include instructions for this at the end of the post 🙂

Homemade Ranch Seasoning

The seasoning mix is comprised of dried parsley, dried chives, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt and pepper.  The center ingredient is the dried soy milk which essentially makes this a dupe for those Hidden Valley Ranch packets you see in the store.

You can combine all of these ingredients and store, OR…

whisk together with almond milk and vegan mayonnaise.

Homemade Ranch Seasoning

This is my ‘go-to’ dip for carrots and celery.

  2. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I have been searching forever for a good vegan ranch dip / dressing. This is the one! I did not have dried chives so I chopped up some fresh ones when I made the dip. Perfect!

  3. Follow up to my previous comment. I did want to ask if the amount for the dry seasoning should be 3 teaspoons instead of 3 tablespoons. I did find the taste too strong with the 3 tablespoons, so I added more vegan mayo and non dairy milk until I got the taste I liked
