Ingredients you’ll need to make this recipe
To make this recipe, you will need the following ingredients. They include:
- Russet potatoes, scrubbed clean and sliced into wedges
- Vegetable or Olive Oil, I actually prefer vegetable oil for this recipe due to its neutral flavor
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Paprika

How to make my Crispy Baked Potato Wedges
To begin, scrub the potatoes so they are very clean since we will be leaving the skins on. Then, using a sharp knife, cut them into thick wedges as shown. Drizzle with a bit of vegetable oil. Just enough to coat as this will give our seasonings something to stick to.

Toss with the seasonings so they are fully distributed.

Next, place the wedges onto a lined baking sheet. I like to give the sheet pan a light drizzling of oil before adding the potatoes just as a little extra assurance that they won’t stick.

Roast at 450 degrees until fork tender. This took me about 20 minutes and I did turn once halfway through.

We serve ours with ketchup most of the time, alternating with Ranch the rest of the time. The choice is up to you.
