Ingredients
Russet potatoes
scrubbed clean and sliced into wedges
Vegetable or Olive Oil
I actually prefer vegetable oil for this recipe due to its neutral flavor
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Onion Powder
to taste
Garlic Powder
to taste
Paprika
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
To begin, scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into wedges.
Toss the potato wedges with the oil and seasonings, then place onto lined sheet pan.
Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once or until golden, crisp and fork tender.
Serve with ketchup or ranch for dipping.
