This Homemade Oven Baked Bagel Chips Recipe is the perfect homemade snack. I used the oven, but if you have an air fryer, this works amazingly well there.

Ingredients
1Plain Bagelsplit and sliced into thin “chips”
Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray
Garlic Powder
Everything Bagel Seasoning Blend
Instructions
Slice the bagel in half vertically so you have two half moon shapes.
Place the sliced ends on the cutting board and cut the bagels horizontally into thin slices. You should get at least 8 slices per bagel.
Place the thin sliced bagels on your sheet pan and either drizzle with olive oil or spray with olive oil spray. If you have the spray, it’s a lot easier to coat the chips. Season with garlic powder or the Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Bake at 400°F for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Allow to cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
