Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra Firm Tofu drained and pressed
  • 1/4 c Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 c Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • pinch Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients and marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours, but it's better if you can do it overnight.
