Classic Chickpea Hummus Recipe

FOR THE HUMMUS:
- 30 oz Can Chickpeas drained with liquid reserved
- 2 1/2 tbsp chickpea liquid or more, as needed
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 1 Garlic Clove minced
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
FOR GARNISH:
- drizzle Olive Oil
- sprinkling Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Parsley chopped
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add the hummus to a bowl and sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
Serve with sliced veggies or pita chips.
