Ingredients

FOR THE HUMMUS:

  • 30 oz Can Chickpeas drained with liquid reserved
  • 2 1/2 tbsp chickpea liquid or more, as needed
  • 1/4 cup Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 Garlic Clove minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper

FOR GARNISH:

  • drizzle Olive Oil
  • sprinkling Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add the hummus to a bowl and sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley.
  • Serve with sliced veggies or pita chips.
