Ingredients

FOR THE BASIL PESTO:

  • 1/4 c Olive Oil
  • 3/4 c Basil Leaves you can also use a combination of basil and parsley
  • 1/4 c Pine Nuts
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c Vegan Follow Your Heart Parmesan Cheese Alternative

FOR SERVING:

  • Vegan Follow Your Heart Cream Cheese Alternative
  • Toasted, Sliced French Bread

Instructions

  • In the bowl of a food processor, add the ingredients for the basil pesto. Remove to a bowl.
  • Slice and toast french bread, spread with vegan Follow Your Heart Cream Cheese Alternative and top with an additional sprinkle of vegan Follow Your Heart Parmesan Cheese Alternative.
