Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Tomato Juice
  • 1/4 c Lime Juice plus more for rimming the glass
  • 1/4 tsp Celery Salt plus more for rimming the glass
  • 1 tsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce to taste
  • 12 oz Bottle of Vegan Beer use non-alcoholic if you'd prefer
  • Ice Cubes, Celery Stalks and Olives for garnish

Instructions

  • To prepare the glasses, simply rub the rim of the glass with a lime wedge.
  • Immediately dip the glass into celery salt.  I like to use a flat plate.
  • Combine the tomato and lime juice with the celery salt.  Add the Worcestershire and hot sauce.  Mix well to combine and adjust seasoning/hot sauce to taste.
  • Add ice to the prepared glasses, dividing the juice between them.  Top off with the beer and garnish with celery, olive skewers, lime wedges, etc.
